Up to v0.23.0, RAC usually wrongly shows dead connections as "Connected" after a system reboot or switching physical networks.

SOLUTION
(Post v0.23.1) Refresh the connection.

v0.23.1+ Nothing. All "active" connections get re-established on login. If this doesnt work, or is skipped, refresh the connection.
