Description of issues:

As reported by customer, netclient could not work properly together with Zerotier on Windows(No issue on Linux).

If Zerotier is already installed on the Windows and then install the netclient, there is error in the install/startup. The netclient is able to be installed finally and it can communicate with Netmaker server properly. But netclient could not communicate with other hosts.

Workaround:

The root cause is not identified. The workaround is to disable Zerotier so that netclient can work normally.
