Deleting Tenants (Cancelling Subscriptions)
Subscriptions in Netmaker are tied to "tenants". Each tenant has its own subscription. If you wish to stop using Netmaker, you can simply delete your tenant, which will close the associated subscription. To do this:
Log into your tenant at app.netmaker.io
If you have only one tenant you will be redirected to your Netmaker dashboard
If you have multiple tenants, click "Login" on the tenant you would like to delete
Click "Manage Tenant" in the sidebar
Go to Settings
Click "Delete Tenant" and confirm
Closing Your Account
You can also close your account entirely. If you have no tenants in your account, you will not be charged anything, but if you still wish to close your account:
Click on your user in the lower left corner and click "Manage Account"
Click "Close my Account" and confirm
